WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN THE AUCTIONEER SAYS 'SOLD SUBJECT' OR 'PROVISIONAL'?

This is when the final bid in the auction hall is below the seller's reserve price.  In this case we will take your details and deposit, submit your bid to the owner of the vehicle, and carry out the negotiation on your behalf.

WHY DO I PAY A BUYER'S FEE?

The buyer's fee covers you against the vehicle being a stolen vehicle or subject to an undercharged higher purchase agreement.  If it transpires that the vehicle is a stolen vehicle or has outstanding finance and the matter can not be resolved, you will be able to return the vehicle to us and have the hammer price refunded.

IF I DON'T LIKE OR DON'T WANT THE CAR CAN I BRING IT BACK?

Once the hammer falls you enter a legal contract with the vendor to purchase the vehicle.  If you fail to pay for a vehicle you will forfeit your deposit and you will not be allowed to purchase from the auction again.
