We hold Dealer Part Exchange sales on a Monday and Thursday at 4pm. Finance House sales are every Wednesday at 11am.
Motorbike sales are held once a month on a Tuesday at 2pm. Please keep an eye on our website for the date each month.
No you don't have to be a professional car buyer, we welcome both motor traders and private customers alike.
Register yourself at our reception and obtain a bidder number.
A minimum deposit of £500 is payable upon registration.
This is when the final bid in the auction hall is below the seller's reserve price. In this case we will take your details and deposit, submit your bid to the owner of the vehicle, and carry out the negotiation on your behalf.
The buyer's fee covers you against the vehicle being a stolen vehicle or subject to an undercharged higher purchase agreement. If it transpires that the vehicle is a stolen vehicle or has outstanding finance and the matter can not be resolved, you will be able to return the vehicle to us and have the hammer price refunded.
Payment is required with 72 hours of purchase. No post sale complaints will be heard after this time.
All vehicles must be removed from site within 72 hours of purchase. After this time storage will be charged at £20 per day Plus VAT
Once you have paid for the vehicle you will receive the relevant documentation. This will include the green slip from the V5 (if applicable), MOT (if applicable), along with any other documentation that we received from the vendor.
Once the hammer falls you enter a legal contract with the vendor to purchase the vehicle. If you fail to pay for a vehicle you will forfeit your deposit and you will not be allowed to purchase from the auction again.
Payments are by bank transfer only.
We do not take any fees upon entering the vehicle. All charges are deducted from the sale price, or payable upon collection of an unsold vehicle.
The vehicle can be dropped off with us on either the day of the auction or the working day before.
If you do not have a V5 you will be asked for photo and address identification and potentially proof of ownership. If the vehicle does not have an MOT we will enter it into the auction, but you must bear in mind that it will have an effect on the sale price.
Payment is made by bank transfer 4 days from sale.
We will collect vehicles within the local are for a small collection fee (dependent on mileage / MOT etc). Contact our Transport team for more information.
