MAG Forge New Partnership With DMN
Birmingham-based national vehicle movement and inspection firm, DMN Logistics, has secured a new partnership to provide inspect and collect services to Motor Auction Group (MAG), one of the country's oldest family run motor auctions.
DMN Logistics has a long-standing relationship with MAG, supporting third-party inspect and collect requirements. As a result, they have developed a greater understanding of MAG’s working practices, expectations and aims for and efficient inspect and collect process.
Following joint meetings to an agreed specification, DMN Logistics has also revamped its website to meet the needs of MAG’s fleet clients. The platform features the ability to book, view and follow the progress of all jobs as well as a web chat function between customer support teams.
Nick Chadaway, managing director at DMN Logistics said, “We are delighted to have been able to secure this partnership. Working with MAG previously allowed us to demonstrate our practices and helped secure their confidence in us. We are carrying out inspect and collect services for both cars and commercial vehicles, and our extensive driver training in both ICE and EVs ensures we can provide the best standards possible.
“Our Inspect and Collect service offers a seamless vehicle inspection and collection solution, with a real-time, fully configurable damage and charge matrix, tailored to suit our clients’ requirements. Specialist C&D services like ours work to help streamline the process of vehicle movement and offer peace of mind to businesses. We will continue to be active with the client, providing complete outsourced support for the duration of this partnership.”
Zoe Sutton, Sales Director from MAG added: “We are delighted to be partnering with DMN after the successful launch of our timed remarketing platform. Since launch we have won several new customers which require an inspect and collect service within their remarketing process.
Whilst our main aim has always been to drive the best possible return for our customers, flexibility will always be a priority for us and DNM supported our ability to tailor inspect and collect products and services to each customer’s needs.
Nick continued, “DMN Logistics is at an exciting stage in our restructuring due to rapid growth and this deal helps demonstrate our current success. We take the time to understand the best practices of any company we work with and provide them with the best possible service. We remain committed to delivering an efficient and reliable delivery service for vehicles throughout the UK.”
